Optimum toilet hygiene with low water consumption
Duravit’s Rimless® technology featuring an open toilet flushing rim means that an innovative and powerful water flow with a low water consumption of just 4.5 l is possible. Optional functional surfaces such as WonderGliss or HygieneGlaze (antibacterial) ensure that cleaning is easier than ever. Additionally, the full glazing of all Duravit toilets avoids unhygienic adhesions of dirt in the interior. As an upgrade for upscale projects, SensoWash® offers state-of-the art comfort and optimum toilet hygiene. Behind the wall, the DuraSystem installation elements with a matching actuator plate guarantee that all components function flawlessly.
Flexible urinal solutions for all forms of operation
With more than 30 urinal models available, Duravit provides the perfect solution: whether individual classics or series-based designer urinals, with water inlet from above or rear, with flushing jet, as an electronic version or even waterless. Rows of urinals are the most suitable solution in facilities where many users are to be expected. Very narrow models, such as the Starck 3 (only 245 mm wide) make optimum use of the available space. Simple sanitary ceramic dividing walls provide the necessary privacy.
• Water-saving to waterless
Depending on the model and flushing program selected, the urinals with jet nozzle use only 0.5 to 2.1 liters of water. In the waterless DuraStyle Dry model, a hose diaphragm integrated within the outlet opens automatically only when urine flows through and then closes again, effectively preventing any odors.
• Short cleaning times
Cleaning is optimized thanks to optional, functional surfaces such as WonderGliss or HygieneGlaze (antibacterial). Additionally, the full glazing avoids unhygienic adhesions of dirt in the interior.
• Touchless control
Electronic control units developed especially by Duravit ensure optimum hygiene for the Durastyle and Utronic urinals. As soon as the user moves away from the urinal the flushing action is triggered by an infra-red sensor. To prevent vandalism, the control units on the electronic urinals are installed inconspicuously at the bottom of the urinal.
Washing area solutions are also suited to special installation situations
Duravit washing area solutions impress through their form, functionality, and range of variants and provide the optimum basis for planning. The range includes matching products for a range of project requirements, including for special situations or areas such as in schools or barrier-free applications. Compact versions with a reduced depth enable flexible room design even in small bathrooms.

Faucets with sustainable product features
Duravit’s No.1 and D-Neo washbasin faucets are available with FreshStart. The energy-intensive production of hot water is limited to situations where it is actually needed. Only cold water flows in the central position. Hot water is only added when the user deliberately moves the handle to the left, Duravit No.1. The throughput on washbasin faucets with MinusFlow is limited to 3.5 l/min compared to the standard 5 l/min. In terms of the other areas in the bathroom, Duravit similarly offers the right faucet solution for any installation situation.
Variety of choice for bathing and showering
From the free-standing bathtub through space-saving shower/bathtub combination right up to the flush shower tray, Duravit’s range contains the right solution for all architectural requirements and room sizes - in various designs, shapes and dimensions. Two attractive material options are available: acrylic or DuroCast.

In the project-compatible price bracket, Duravit’s entry-level ranges include surprising designer models that are as extraordinary as they are cost-effective and are well-suited to tailored, high-quality planning tasks: a freestanding DuroCast UltraResist bathtub with D-Neo (Image_12) and a trapezoid acrylic bathtub (Image_13) with Duravit No.1.
• Showering in safety and comfort
The shower area often poses a particular challenge for planners and fitters. For that reason, Duravit placed great emphasis on flexibility, time-saving and installation safety during the development of the Tempano acrylic shower trays, which come in 27 dimensions (Image_14). The high drainage rate performs impressively during use, especially when using larger spray heads or rain shower heads. All models are optionally available with the "Anti-slip" coating.
